Our beautiful studio at the Hale Park Estate, nestled within the heart of The New Forest.

Our classes take place in the elegant drawing room, with sweeping views over the river Avon valley. The natural beauty that surrounds us transforms each class into a truly unique experience, where wellness and nature harmoniously coexist, inspiring calm and creativity to replenish the body, refresh the mind and nourish the soul. The tree lined drive, beautiful gardens and magnificent architecture at Hale Park set the perfect location to step onto the mat and switch off.

Wander down the path from our studio and immerse yourself in the refreshing waters, where the benefits of cold water therapy await. 

Our class overlooks the beautiful river Avon and the water meadows of 'Cow Bridge'.

Why not finish your class with a short walk and wild swim in the river Avon, take in the beautiful views across the water meadows and immerse your senses in calm, listen to the water flowing and enjoy the beauty of the river bank. Embrace the power of cold water therapy to heal and boost serotonin, leaving you revitalised, rejuvenated and inspired for the week ahead.
