Our retreats are carefully created to provide the perfect sanctuary where you can retreat from the pressures of daily life, reset your mind and body, and reconnect with nature. From the moment you arrive, you'll be enveloped by the tranquil surroundings of Hale Park, with panoramic views of the New Forest and the River Avon valley.
With Pilates classes in the stunning drawing room, Wim Hof Method Breath work, and invigorating ice bath overlooking the river, before relaxing in our riverside sauna. Take a refreshing dip in the beautiful river Avon on the Hale Park Estate, connecting and grounding with nature. Enjoy a spectacular lunch prepared by our talented chef, using homegrown ingredients. Finish the day with Sound Bath Meditation, immersing yourself in the calming vibrations and guided meditation for deep relaxation.

9.30am-11am Pilates class with Harri
Moving in the beautiful Drawing Room studio, overlooking the River Avon Valley. Harri will lead you through a strong and flowing practice, to feel powerful, open and revitalised. Suitable for all levels, Harri will ensure beginner and more advanced practitioners feel equally supported and challenged.
11am-11.20am Live Music, Healthy Snacks & Drinks
Live music will fill the Drawing room! A talented musician will play the beautiful grand piano, while we enjoy smoothies, juice shots, teas, coffees, nourishing snack bars and fruit. A moment to relax and take in the peaceful landscape surrounding us.
11.20am-12.30pm Wim Hof Method: Talk and Breath work session
The Wim Hof Method breath work is a powerful practice that combines controlled breathing techniques to promote numerous physical and mental benefits. This method, developed by the renowned "Iceman" Wim Hof, is designed to enhance overall well-being and resilience. Benefits include, enhanced mental clarity and energy levels, boosted mood and reduced stress levels, and many more. It leaves you with a euphoric feeling of all around peace.
12.45pm-2pm Ice Bath, River Swim, Sauna
Experience the invigorating power of cold water therapy, guided by our Wim Hof certified instructor. Take time to enjoy an optional ice bath plunge, overlooking the river, stimulating your body and boosting resilience. Learning to warm the body correctly and safely. You may choose to swim in the river guided by an experienced wild swimmer, this is such a beautiful way to feel grounded and enhance your connection with nature.
Afterwards, hop into the River Bank sauna. Be cocooned in warmth, to detoxify, relax and unwind

2.15pm-3.30pm Lunch
A spectacular lunch! Truly food for the soul, the lunch is always most highly praised by our retreat guests, it really is something special. Our delicious lunch is prepared for us by our talented cook, Ellie. Ellie creates beautiful dishes with seasonal local produce, most of which is home grown.
3.30pm-4pm Relax & Explore
Time to relax and enjoy being in nature as you explore the grounds of Hale Park in your own time.
4.15pm-5pm Sound Bath Meditation
A beautiful calming practice to leave you floating on relaxation, before we part ways as new friends and return to life feeling refreshed
